My favorite running shoes have morphed over the past 5 years as I understand running techniques, feet gait and style for my running which is daily 5km to 10km and on weekends 15km to 20km with average pace 6min km. I like lightweight shoes and good cushioning. My current shoes are UA Bandit 2 and UA Charged and I like them a lot. I have used ASICS, NIKE NEW BALANCE previously and find that once u understand your feet you will then choose running shoes based on technically, rather than price and fashion. My 2 cents worth.
I really like all of these but I tried shoes from https://www.carbon38.com/shop-all-activewear/sport-bras and I am so happy with it. I even shopped for a legging, tee and a sports bra. My outfit for working out is almost ready and I will be hitting the gym as soon as possible. It was wonderful coming across this post.
Fall is the time that you can bring out your comfy Uggs and not feel ashamed about it. If you are from somewhere which gets quite cold around, wearing boots during fall can be an amazing option. Not only does it help enhance the style quotient, it keeps your feet snug and warm as well. Make sure to get the best boots for fall to match up to that perfect look.
